What happens after you order

A person reviews every photo.
If it needs work, we'll tell you before we cut, and on request we can work to improve it. Signature and Heirloom photos are enhanced by hand.

We put it on hardwood and cut it.
Heat and pressure set your photograph into the wood surface. Then it is laser-cut in Flippin, Arkansas, in the cut you chose.
- 03
It ships within two weeks of approval.
The two weeks start once your photo is approved, or your design brief for Heirloom. Your message card goes in the box. Shipping in the U.S. is free.
You must own the rights to the photo or have written permission to reproduce it. Custom orders can't be returned once production begins, which is why we confirm before we cut.
Will my photo work?
Most original phone and camera photos do. If yours needs help, we tell you before anything is cut.

Original camera or phone files with a clear main subject, recognizable faces, and room around important details.

The First Reveal
The moment the photograph becomes something you can hold.
Before the first piece is cut, we lift the transfer paper and see your photograph on hardwood for the first time. It is one of the best moments in the workshop, and the first test of whether the gift feels right.
