Before the first piece is cut, we lift the transfer paper and see your photograph on hardwood for the first time. It is one of the best moments in the workshop—and the first test of whether the gift feels right.

The Proud-to-Give Review
Every custom request is reviewed before cutting. If the image needs attention, we contact you rather than quietly making a result we would not be proud to give.
Rights And Review
You must own the rights to the image or have written permission to reproduce it. Custom orders are non-returnable once production begins—this is why we confirm before we cut.
